MessManager ("we", "us", or "our") is dedicated to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, store, share, use, and protect your personal information when you use our mobile application and web dashboard. Our operations are fully compliant with Bangladesh digital data act policies as well as global standards required for mobile platform distribution.

2. Information We Collect

We collect personal information that you provide to us directly when using MessManager:

• Account Details: Full name, phone number, and password are collected during registration. Optionally, email address and profile avatars can be updated.
• Mess Operational Data: Meals count, bazar allocations, payment transactions, and room rental splits details as inputted by you or your mess admin.
• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, dynamic IP address, and push notification tokens are processed to deliver real-time alerts.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data strictly to operate and improve our services:

• To facilitate mess ledger entries and real-time updates.
• To authenticate your log in sessions and secure your user data scope.
• To dispatch real-time Push Notifications (using Pusher) for payment updates, role updates, and bazar reminders.
• To process subscriptions and billing transactions.

4. Sharing of Data

We **do not** sell, lease, or distribute your personal information to third-party advertisers. Your information is shared only under these conditions: (a) with other members within your own registered mess domain, (b) with payment processors (like bKash/Nagad) to secure financial gateways, and (c) if required by the law enforcement agencies under the laws of Bangladesh.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard database encryption protocols (SSL/TLS) for data transmission. All passwords are encrypted using secure cryptographic hashing algorithms. While we strive to maintain the maximum security of your records, no transmission system over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee complete absolute security.

6. User Rights & Data Deletion

You have full right to edit your profile, correct inaccuracies, or request the deletion of your account. If you wish to delete your account or wipe your data from our database permanently, you can submit a deletion request inside the profile settings of our app, fill out our public Account Deletion Request Form, or email us at support@MessManager.app.

7. Play Store Specific Disclosures

In compliance with the Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement, this application does not access sensitive scopes (such as precise location, background contacts, SMS, call logs, or storage galleries) unless dynamically permitted by you for operations like uploading profile picture avatars.
